    Hi all,
    I seek MB willing to assist with realising equity in unencumbered IP situate major country city in NSW plus possible pre-approval for a second IP purchase.
    Major considerations are:
    * max LVR
    * LOC
    * interest only period
    * competetive rates
    * opinions on fixed rate periods
    * prompt completion
    Any starters?
