hi roxana
you cld try api magazine. each month it has the rental yields for each capital city and its suburbs.
api – australian property investor magazine
Hi Roxana,
As well, try http://www.realestate.com.au, http://www.property.com.au, and http://www.domain.com.au All are good sites worth a look. You can check out what the going rents are in the area and surrounding areas, as well as looking at the suburb profile/snapshot which will tell you how many schools, parks, population size, growth scales etc.
Makes for very interesting reading!
Cheers,
JO
