We will get to the naked bit later. First just wanted to share a story which proves the market is not dead yet. Unfortunately decided we needed to sell a property located in Perth recently. 14 days ago we put it on the market for 305k. Got a text from the agent last night whenin the shower (thats the naked bit) who says he has an offer. Have obviously spoken with the wife about what we were prepared to accept (295k) at the very minimum.
Ask well what’s the offer, would you believe 306K didn’t want to miss out. Hmmmmmm might take that what do you think[biggrin]
this may be presumptious but am i right in thinking that you and the wife stayed naked for some time longer after that phone call
