    Just a quick one for you. I just may be recieving an offer too good to refuse on my PPOR in Alice Springs. This was to be my 2nd IP when I move.
    Now, I feel it will be easier to find a property that I like once in Adelaide.
    How will the Banks view a 20% deposit on a 200k property even if I have only been there a month or so?
    I will still have 1 IP in Alice. It has around 45% equity.
