    Greeting,
    I have been browsing though numerous websites as of late for the “ultimate property analyser calculator”. I have found a few, http://www.jaffasoft.com/ being one of them. Has anyone else used this calculator? Is it 100% correct?

    Is there any other calculators on the internet of the same that people are aware of? They are handy for quick calculations at work when the boss is out for lunch!

    Steve also has a CoCR calculator

    Ez-Rent and others here have software available..
