Following on from the recent topic of rick ottons ABC presentation and his PR image makers,I prefer to see rick holding his toilet plunger rather than driving a flashy car or wearing an expensive suit.Rick dont bother wasting money on the consultants.
The above brings me to the question why do all real estate agents wear suits? I’d have more respect from an agent that was different,relaxed and not afraid to wear smart casual cloathing,after all do they think their better than us or is it just like Ricks PR adviseBecause the sellers would expect to see them in that. They don’t want to see a guy in footy shorts selling th property, they want to see someone in a suit. Also it makes them look more professional (and perhaps physiologically, make them seem more knowledgeable).
