Hi
I am looking for a good Mortgage Broker who is based in Sydney, can anyone recommend someone to me? I have a friend who is a financial advisor who can perform this service for me but he doesnt invest in property and tells me just to wait for the market to “cool off”. I really want someone who understands +CF prop investing who i can add to me team in Australia.

Finacial structure is crucial to proecting assets and your own home. The right structure also helps to pay off your own home faster. If an investment property goes bad you may loose your house if not structured correctly. I’m in Sydney

I have clients in every state, distance is not a problem with phone fax & email,
However, if you require a mortgage broker in NSW may I sugest you contact Terryw (discover home loans) or Simon (mortgage hunter) both are well versed in investor finance,

He is a property investor himself & his client list reads like the who’s who of successful investors (not that I’ve seen his client list, but I know a number of his other clients personally).
