Just wondering if anyone can suggest an outfit that does pre-purchase property inspections in the Melbourne area, and roughly how much an inspection should cost?
Cheers!I always use archi-centre. They are usually retired architects. Phone number in the Phone Book. They do all surburbs. They find an arch-cente rep in each area.
I have used Norman Gledhill. He is in the Franskston area but travels around a fair bit. I have preferred ex builders as the hands on experience from them is based on experience.

I have also used Norman to do a deprn schedule for me for a property in Frankston.
He was busy at the time and must be busy. I was happy with the work he did for me.
