Acronyms and lingo

Hello. I’m new to the site, and property investing itself. I started reading a few of the forums, and I found that sometimes I can’t figure out what seem to be common acronyms or lingo. I figured I would start by taking advantage of this section, and suggest putting a cheat sheet or a dictionary in place for newbies like myself to be able to jump right in a little easier. Or if I haven’t come across the right section yet, could someone kindly point me in the right direction?
