I am contemplating going to a seminar or two.
Has anyone had experience of the following. Positive cashflow is new to me and I am hungary for info. Have just bought Steve’s book and ken to read ASAP.Do you know about………..??
1). Secrets of Growing Rich Super Conference 2004 with Dymphna Boholt who is behind wildwealthywomen.com
2). Brendan Nicholls -How you can be rich & successful & tap into hidden money making opps…..this is geared as
As business seminar not property and seems very interesting
3). Rick Otton’s Positive Cashflow made simple where he says buy cheap houses and lease at 2% above market rate
And also receive a back-end lump some when tenant re-finances. He has a a complete pack for $2499 !! Please let me know your
Thoughts on these if you know about them particularly items 1 and 3.

Personally I have always done my own research but I am an accountant and as I grew up my family worked in the building industry.
Read as much as you can and if something grabs your passion and attention go for it. But no more than $2k for a course. Anything more is probably BS.
Hi Martin,
You will get divergent opinions on your question – and ultimately whether or not you get value for money is determined by what you do with the knowledge.
For example I know people paid good money and got value for money with Henry Kaye’s course/s. Equally I know people who spent good money and got nothing because they did nothing. Whose to blame – the course or the participant?
I would recommend you first spend some time reading and talking to people who are investors so that you can refine what suits you and your individual situation. For me I would never attend a wrap seminar (doesn’t suit my psych) yet others will say a wrap seminar was the best thing since sliced bread.
I wouold also contest that you need to do some preliminary learning so you can discern BS from good information.
