    Hi realdeal,
    Yes there other forums besides internet ads. Choose a district or neighbourhood and ;
    1) Educate, research, educate and reseach some more
    2) Pound the pathways i.e talk to the locals
    3) Property inspections (and plenty of ’em )
    4) Employ due diligence
    Opportunity is out in the real world in abundance if we care to seek.
