Wow. That’s a bit rich!! I use Earth Works. Don’t have their details at the moment, but they’re a two person office and really easy to deal with. Have only used them for two months though

yes there was a shortage of properties for rent
I never asked if they would beable to look after it
or the cost invovled, ([]I assumed that they would be keen to look after it and have the standard fee b/w 7-10%)

I thought it is interesting that people are saying cant find PI that are postive cashflow when I found some in this town and other towns without too much effort[^]

I saw a few too when I was up there, but am hamstrung with finances at the moment. Might be good to get another one sometime so it’s not such a long trip just for one IP.

I actually bought this one site unseen, and was having a look when up that way to look at one near Gunnedah that my Uncle bought – also site unseen! [
]I did have pest inspection and building inspection done.
Having been there now, and knowing a lot more about the areas, I would definitely consider buying again.
