Wow,
I couldn’t believe the number of active property investors still securing positive geared properties. I am in a position to commence buying, but have been finding it difficult to locate +geared properties.
Since i live im melb my strategie has been to initially find the first couple in Victoria then extend my portfolio into other states! But what i have found is the only positive geared properties in Victoria are located in the middle of nowhere which breaks most criteria ie.populated areas:close to amenities etc.
I would be very interested in contacting others that have located positive geared properties in Victoria and sharing the info for a fee, or whatever the procedure might be! Could i please have feedback from others in my position which have purchased properties from “property spotters”, and their experiences and pitfalls.Thx for the feedback. Much appreciated!
John[8D]Eventhough I can’t tell you who and where, but I can tell you that I do buy properties from spotter by way of paying the spotter’s fees.
The person that I am dealing with is very nice, geniune, he help me to the best of his ability. I could not ask for more.
