    I an new to this I just brought 2 bedroom unit in goodna 20min from south west of Brisbane 5 years old brick I have a person with a lease for 1 year I hope I Invested well I brought it for 121.000

    Good on you Rocky for getting into property investing. You have taken the first step now and it should get easier from here. Just make sure you have a good property manager in place and reap the rewards.
