Hello,
I have found a property with a long term settlement (6-12 months+) the only problem is that the rear access is very difficult to enter. I am going to approach the owner next door and start negotiations on solving the problem. Any ideas how I could flip this property if I succeed in solving the problem

AaronAaron, I would have thought it’s a matter of advertising to then sell it – if that’s what you want to do. Telling your purchaser that it will be a simultaneous settlement of course – as their solicitor will find out that you do not own it when they do their searches.
