    Hi all,

    Although i do due diligence i am interested in the things that other people do in order to fully examine a potenital location or even property

    besides captial gain in area, rent, property type, rental condition in area, building type inspection, population trends, industry types, number of jobs, age of community, age of building, repairs needed

    what other things do people look for?
