    Would be interested in knowing what types of insurance people take out on their IP’s – both for units as well as houses.
    What is landlord insurance and what does it cover?

    Hi bart

    i take out Building insurance, just the regular ones and also Landlord insurance to cover deliberate damage by the tennant and also rent default by the tennant.
