    What is a links loan? My understanding of it is by a house and extend your own house loan to cover both houses and keep buying propertys and extending that one loan. But i think that you have to be neg. geared for it to work ok.

    Can some one shed some light on the subject?

    Are you thinking of a LOC?

    Is this an Australian product?
