Hi there,
Apparently I need to get insurance cover fast even though the property has not settled yet. It is quite an old house and I don’t know whether the house has been re-wired or plumed in recent times which is what the insurance companies are asking me. Does anybody know of a good cheap insurance company that will insure a pretty old house??Dont know about cheap, are you in QLD? once you sign a contract to buy you have to insure
shop around and compare, you know pick up the phone and dial….
They will insure anything…for a price! Try also terry shearer for landlord insurance..etc
