Hey if Chan knows how to clone himself and his dollars, then he might have taught sis and property guru this technique which they now use secretly to clone houses and land (they seem to always get incredibly good deals). So what’s pisces secret, it might be cloning good tenants what do you think am I right?

Hey Chan$, that is now +ve cashflow, but not on todays interest rates, but you still have to put in that extra $50k, but you remember those guys who were sitting behind on the bus, they were going to buy that property, i guess not after, they learnt how shonky his deals were. Good luck to them though, they made the right decision, looks like V.O. is getting desperate to sell… lol… lol… lol…

Guest what for $240k the return is 10% ie. $24k pa, but when V.O. reduced the price to $230k he’s also reduced the rent to $23k pa. Therefore, it’s still not positive. I did ask him if he keep the rent at $24k which is more than 10% return he said no way.
