I am new to this site and to wraping properties and are thinking about purchasing a wrap pack from either Rick Otton or Steve McKnight to help me on my way. Can anyone who has utilised these products give me an opinion of how they found them. I live in SA so require packages that relate to this state and to other states as I will purchase where ever the opportunity arises. I own two properties at the moment both rentals and have around $180,000 in shares, cash and equity to invest.
Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
