K guys, yet another TT show on property. This was good becuase some proffesionals commented on what they thought was going to happen over the next 12 months. One thing that stood out was the majority of them said it was a buyers market.
One very useful link, which i know was asked for before. This is a free service, it values your house on recent sales history, you get a free repot in your email within 48 hours.
