Well im about ready to commence investing in property and am searching for a quality accountant that has experience and delt with clients that have positive geared properties as i understand that not all accountants are qualified in this area. I believe recommendations beat cold cavasing for an accountant.

My only concern after visiting the Gatherum-Ross website was to find that he resided in kilsyth, and im in Essendon. Would it be an inconvienience to have an accountant so distant?

You probably will only need to see your accountant once or twice a year. Most routine questions can be answered over the phone or by email
