    Dear seniors,
    I try to calcualte the cashflow of purchase, can i find any financil templates from this forum ? Further more, Could i get the loan if i buy a regional area property in SA? say 100,000 (i live in sydney)

    Julian,

    Getting a loan in a regional area is not too difficult. Of course you will need to qualify for the loan as usual and there may be a requirement for a larger deposit.

    Need some more detail for a definate answer.

    yes you can but you have to pay for it. Ask steve McKnight ie. buyer beware.

    Chandollars is right; there is a set of due diligence templates created by Steve McK and available on this website at: https://www.propertyinvesting.com/buyerbeware

    While I haven’t bought these templates, from what I read they are more geared toward inspecting IP’s and not costing them out.

    Steve McK created a nice excel spreadsheet that sounds like it’ll get you thinking the right way. You can download it from:
