C’mon, all of us must do some mundane thing that we wonder why?
I’ll start.
A) What’s boring?
Swimming laps in a pool (2.5 – 3k twice a week)
B)Why is it boring?
I have never been a good swimmer and how much fun can you have chasing a black line for an hour while you are wet, tired and occasionally choking on pool water.
C)Why do you do it?
As I compete in triathlons, it is a fairly integral part of my training. I am only glad that the swim is over quickly and I can get into my favourite leg(bike)
I just bought a new Whirlpool for $975. Our previous diswasher(dishlex) was 25 years old (it came with the property). I guess some last that long so the $70 might be a good investment.
Perhaps you could ask admin to set up a new forum on whitegoods investments[:p][:p][:p]
Yes there are, I would suggest you get a plumber in. He will probably need to do some unless your home has been fitted already. Just take a look under the sink.
If it has some extra pipes that seem to go nowhere, you have probably got the connections.
I put mine inmyself but only because I knew what went where after taking out the old one.
BTW – I think I might add another reply to this topic.
The most boring thing I do – Well at the moment it is having a discussion about dishwashers while the cricket is on[:p][:p][:p]
[:o)] not much fun in cricket when playing with Zimbabwe! Australia was paying $1.05 so we could have put couple of million $$ to make easy money! [8D][8D]
Cheers

PropertyGuRu Who want to be billionaire?
The most boring thing I do is the paperwork – and in fact, I don’t do it very often, which makes it worse when I do do it, because then it’s all too hard, and it’s a vicious circle.
I get bored counting all my money[8] okay for the first hour or so then gets real boring so i just start burning it to get some excitement.[^][:p]oh hang on a sec didnt realize i was still asleep and just dreaming[V]
