Does anyone have any experience with the “Home Deluxe Bundle” from Mortgage Watchdog? I remember seeing something like this on a ‘current affair” show years ago, but didn’t have a mortgage at the time (boy has that changed!). Apparently you enter all your bank statement details and it checks for interest calculation errors, and if you have four years of error-free statements, they will refund your money plus one hundred bucks.
So, as I have been burnt with an online purchase in the past, can anyone vouch for its performance?

Yes I purchased it a few years ago. It works ok, but does take a bit of effort entering all the data. I didn’t find any mmistakes on mine, but didn’t end up checking all properties because it takes so long to enter.

The trouble is you need a special code to operate it, and if you re-install it you have to fax away for a new code. I reformated my computer, and just never got around to asking for a new code.

thanks for your comments guys – doesn’t seem very popular does it!?! i think it fits into the ‘nothing to lose’ category; if i find a bank error i’ll get a refund, and if not my daughter will get lots of data entry experience! She probably won’t see that side of it though.
