I was wondering where to start? I have gone through some threads and also wondered if its possible to see some sample due diligence templates or what are some common mistakes that a new player like me might be in for!
Advice for this new player would be greatly appreciated

As richmond said do a search of the threads, you will find a lot of info.
Once you have done that and still have some definite questions, then ask away. Your first post was a little too vague to generate much of a response.
