    Hi,

    I have just finished reading steve’s book and am very keen to buy my first CF positive investment. I have noticed when looking on the web (particually http://www.richmastery.com.au) that there tends to be more and better CF positive deals in NZ than in AUS.

    If I decided to buy in NZ, is it a serious disadvantage to be so far away from the property and not being able to keep an eye on it from time to time?

    Any thoughts are appreciated.
