    This weekend’s Financial Review carries some
    historical price data showing the top 101 suburbs as far as increases in value is concerned.

    Well worth spending the $ 2-50 for this issue.

    Please note however that past performance is no guarantee of future increases in the near future.
    (the more so in view of the present uncertainty in prices in general).
