    [8D]i have a question about layers can the same layer act for both party the vendor and the purchaser. we are about to swap contracts and saw that it is the same law company [?][?][?] thanks burbon bill

    Technically I think they can act for both parties, but you definitely don’t want them to.
    After all, if there’s a dispute, whose side will they be on? They can’t really be on both sides! (although I’m sure they’d be happy to try [:P])
    So find yourself another lawyer.
