    Hi,
I live in Sydney and am looking at setting up and getting advice on the correct investing structures for asset protection etc. Can any one recommend some one that they are personally using and who really knows what they are doing.

    Thanks in advance,

    MarkyMark

Thank you both for your recommendations. I am going to send them both an email tomorrow.

You are both obviously mortgage brokers, are you both also active property investors yourselves? (If that’s not a prying question)

    Thanks again.

I am – just settled on a property for $315K and am doing a paint and tidy up atm. Property Manager tells me we will get $500pw but he plans on aiming for $600pw and thinks it might be achievable.

Also have a dual occ site that we are seeking building approval on atm. We will build and subdivide off the back block.

Tell Nick I recommended him and he might buy me a beer one day!

It is all fun isn’t it!

    Merry Christmas,

Well actually I was going to say that you recommended that he buy me a beer. [:D]

Ones thing for sure, if I play my cards right I’m confident that atleast one of us will get a coldy out it atleast, even if I have to buy it. But dont hold me to that, will you [:D]

Maybe a silly question but what does atm stand for?

    Thanks
