    Hi,

    My name is Rachel Adams and I’m a part of Steve’s MAP group.

    We’ve been able to locate many deals that meet the 11 sec solution but due to our financial situation we cannot close on them all.

    At Steve’s recommendation, we have made this post and invite people who may want to buy these deals (and pay us a spotters fee) to e-mail us at: [email protected]

    We’ll let you know the details of the deals, answer your questions and also provide you with the financial analysis.

    Only serious investors need apply as we value our time and don’t want to deal with tyrekickers. We’re genuine and are looking for genuine investors.

    G’day Racheal,

    How about posting some numbers on these deals so we can make a decision to persue them or not.

    Just basic numbers will do at this point…

    Purchase Price $
    Expected Legals for area
    Rates
    Rents

    Also a brief description of the property would be good.

    Thanks for everyone who e-mailed me, I have be inandated by 100’s of e-mails. For the Investors who have e-mailed me I’m in the process of repling with the deals, unfortuntaly my typing speed is a little slow, so don’t worry, the e-mails with the deals should be sent within the next day or so.
    I will not be accepting anymore e-mails as there is a limited amount of deals, which, with the e-mails already recieved will be gone.

    Hi Rachel,

    Glen here I emailed you reference the properties you mentioned. As I discussed I am living and working in Indonesia and have been for the past 6 years. I recently returned to Australia and managed to read Steve’s book so although new to this I am keen to see how I can make a start.

    As per Rachels note on the 17th December, she is not accepting any more email addresses. She has also advised me by email that all the properties have now gone.

    For those that did purchase them, (once the deals are sewn up,) would you be prepared to advise purchase price, rent return, type of property, state/territory etc.
