    Hi all,

    my first message here so…

    I happen to own a unit in the block at Shaftson Unversity Mansions (Kangaroo Point, Brisbane) and would like to know what to do with it. Sorry if I sound asinine but:

    I am getting around 4-5% yield now (due to sharp increase in body corporate: out of my control)

    Can’t seem to find any buyer.

    No bank seems to want to give financing to this kind of property

    Help!

    If you halved the asking price to achieve a 10% yield buyers might become interested!
