hi all
advice from some of the mortgage brokers please
at the moment have loan with cba PPOR and 1 IP with what they call wealth pack where if total holding is over 200k then you get .5%disc of varible rate also both props stand alone .my question is would IT be advantages to set up line LOC on the PPOR and what cost may be involved ?
PPOR loan 18k val 300k
IP ” 190K val 340k

Hi Gazzaa,
You have some equity in your IP, and only $18K left to pay down PPR debt, as both are stand alone have you considered a LOC on your IP ?
