    Hi Guys,
    Got an email alert from realestate.com this morning. There were a total of 6 new properties listed and five of them were from Birchip (Vic)
    Anyone know what’s going on over there?

    Better ask westan. That’s his part of the world.

    Maybe the vendors in Birchip have seen all the sales in Nhill and want a piece of the action. (Sorry Leigh [:D])
