We have been looking at the Peppers Resort in Salt Village at Kingscliff. A few friends have purchsed in similar developments with excellent results. I have heard of others with not so happy results.
Do you have any experiences buying investments in Resort Complexes – good or bad ?
Easy to buy, hard to resell ?
And hard to obtain reasonable finance.
