I would like to know what is involved with sub leasing an existing rental propety?
What are the legal implications?
Do u need the consent of the original owner of the property?
HAs anyone had any bad experiences?Steve, you would definitely be wise to get the permission of the owner, or else you’re still up for all damages etc. etc. etc.
Why do you want to sub lease anyway? Are you planning on charging a higher rent, or do you just want out?
