Can anyone let me know is there are no go zones in Mackay ?
Is North Mackay better than South ?
What capital returns has Mackay been showing in the last year ? How hard is it to rent out houses at the moment ?

Try ringing a few agents and do a Google search and find out what you come up with… []
If you are looking for “11 second solution” properties though you won’t find many in Mackay…

There are a few houses that come close to the 11 sec rule in Mackay ? I don’t suppose you will give me a “general” area of better properties, closer to the 11sec rule are ?

But a lot of people get the sh1ts if people post good areas as it makes it harder with more people looking at that specific area…

Hi,
My rule is to invest anywhere in the world except Mackay.
But that’s because I have ‘in-laws’ there []
Once again – location isn’t as important and strategy.
+ve cashflow deals come when you match the right person to the right property (even in Mackay).
