we are looking at a property in Esperance and wondering if anybody has an any experience of the town. Not sure how readily available good tenants are. any feedback would be appreciated. thanks
My best friend moved to Esperance and had hells own job gaining employment. Check out the Bureau of Statistics web site and look through the census figures. Esperance has a lot going for it and you could perhaps rent out for holidays/summer and make as much as you would with a full time tenant. Good luck
