    Hey!

    My wife and I are going to be buying our first house this next coming week which is quite exciting, yet at the same time can’t help but be a little nervous!

    I have just finished reading Steve’s book (which was fantastic) and reached page 61 where he made reference to his templates available online – namely I was interested in having a guide checklist to check what to look out for. I quickly jumped online to see it and found that you had to purchase it – not only that but there’s no more stock!

    As we’re hopefully purchasing next week, can someone help in respect to some sort of checklist which I can use similar to his BuyerBeaware templates? I don’t have a problem with buying them, but I need them sooner than it would take to deliver!

    Hi Phil.
    One of Anita Bell’s books (not sure which one now – I think the investment property one) has a good checklist in it. You might even find it in the local library.
