Hi everyone!
For all you people out there who have read my “a different approach” topic which had quite a strong response,(37replies)you will see on the last post i had a plan in mind.
Anyway related to that I have made a spreadsheet that calculates everything i need to know, it took me around 2 hours to make, i reckon for a young fella like me i think i did a pretty good job.
The only problem with it is that is restricted to my strategy, which is paying properties off quickly.Still, if anyone is interested in seeing my spreadsheet i made i am more than happy to send it to you via email, i would love to get some comments on it!

thanksAlf, there is no way i coulda done it for many more than 3 yrs, coz then i would have too many calculations to do on the right hand side. This spreadsheet is based for my strategy, which i know is not the strategy of most people in this forum. In the “A different approach” post there is some good arguments for and against my strategy, i’m sure you brainiaks out there could make the spreadsheet a bit better, but it is all i really need at this stage. Thanks for your comments alf, much appreciated.
