IS THIS TRUE?. it would appear that steve allows 5 % for maintenance on a property. after reading Buyer Beware! on a 50k property the annual repairs allowance is 5% ,this house is weatherboard which will need to be painted every 10 years at 5000k, so 5% is not even going to cover that let alone anything else.at $125 per week rent that is a total of only $ 325 per YEAR[
