Would anyone be interested in a specific folder/category for analysing specific actual property ? I havent read Steves book (yet) and would like to throw my latest buys to the hounds. I think it would be interesting to get different views of real property – minus the address’s of course. For eg. I use some of the following in determining a buy. Positively Geared ? Positive CF ? Age ? Sellers Reason ? Time on Market ? Location ? Rental Yeild ? etc…
