Went to a party the other night and was discussing my property investing strategies with another person who has got a couple of irons in the fire and told him of our position (low income/self employed,…..get finance eventually but have to look outside the square in every way and he asked me if I had thought about an Equity Partner? I think I had had too many drinks at that stage and he said he would come around and have a chat about it with me one day…..hence party’s over and I’ve got to thinking, maybe it is something I need to explore. Can anyone give me any feedback on what having an equity partner is all about and how I can go about achieving one!!?? [?]sq
