Tenants from Hell !!

Gotcha..!

NO.. i don’t have any stories apart from having to pretend i was going to sell the place to get a friend out that i helped out by renting a unit to him at 1/2 price till he and his family got back on thier feet.. he did but was now comfortable there and reluctant (lazy) to move on even when confrontented with the facts it was costing me..bit of TLC and the place was back to normal

anyway BAD news sells.. so wanted to see if anyone had horror[] stories to tell ! we learn from our mistakes they say.. hopefully we can also learn from others..[]
