    Hi folks, I am new with property investing and very interested on it. My 1st investment property have to be in positive cash flow. Hence, I would really appriciate if any of you guys would share some of your experience in the search of bargains (foreclosure, don’t wanters, etc). Kindly includes some figure as well if convenient.

    Just Read few chapter of steve’s book, its outline some figure for positive cashflow. I am just wondering if people would like to share some of their deals of the year. please include location and other figures. thanks in advance
