I see Residex has compiled a 2003 report of their top 100 postcodes in terms of positive gearing potential. NB: It covers the eastern states only.

It seems quite a valuable tool for sniffing out + gear opportunities.
It is $220.00, which is a bit rich for my blood at present.. Sooo Is there anyone out there who wants to join me in getting a copy and therefore splitting the cost[
]Three other starters would obviously reduce the cost to $55 ea. The more the merrier, (up to a point I suppose).
