new accountant

Hi all,
My accountant has been good for me over the years,but nows want’s the seachange thingy and is taking off.
Fair enough, but that leaves me without a numbers man.( or woman, sorry!)
Can anybody out there reccommend a good accountant/tax advisor in the Frankston/mornington pen.area.
I don’t want a “financial advisor” trying to flog me his deal of the week, but an accountant who knows the property investment trade from a tax perspective.I am okay on the strategies/research/buying stuff, but hopeless on the small print part.I have a good conveyencer,so the accountant/tax advisor is at present a missing link in the team.
Any help much appreciated.
