This wrap secrets revealed. I’m ready to spend but none to spend on.

I’m keen to start property wraps.

Although old kit not available, would it be possible to take subscription, supply such things as sample contracts, advertising etc and then supply updated version when available. This might obviate the need to source out solicitor who is familiar with this concept and pay for appropriate contract to drawn up from scratch

    Hi peter 2480
If you go to a lawyer who’s familiar with wrap contracts, they won’t charge you thousands to start from scratch. They’ll charge the regular fee for the transaction.
Personally I always prefer to use a lawyer, because I know that the contracts are always up to date and correct if there are any changes to the law.
Most of the time it’s not necessary to have your lawyer just around the corner, with phones fax and emails they can just about be anywhere.

    Keep smiling

    Peter & FW,

we used a solicitor for our house/land settlements/sales, its a good idea, he has been our solicitor for many years now. He knows what paperwork (section 32, sale contracts, titles, etc… to search for.) we wouldnt know what paperwork is required for a sale. He is able to speed things up to as he has the contacts.

    Regards,
    Arty.
