Would anyone be interested in a JV Looking in and around Brisbane. I can bring experience from the building industry, time and funds of up to 120k to the table and would appreciate a partner with assets of equivalent value, I was looking at spending about 180k and doing a renovation of about 40-50k with fees.

We’d have two ways to attack this, get in and out as quick as possible. Or if we could get a good rental return and a line of credit that would fund another renovation, keep it. After all if we keep the property for a year we’ll only pay half the CGT. Which way to proceed can only be determined after the renovation is completed and the market analyzed.
